* Caution with cycling in the worst pollen time
* Take into account their general condition, especially when physical feats
* Wash face and hands when you have been out in the high season. Rinse hair and replace pillowcase before bedtime
* Sunglasses help out!
* Be aware of possible cross-reactions from raw fruits and vegetables. May cause symptoms (itching, swelling) in the mouth, throat, lips
* Inform your circle of friends, employers, etc. about the disease so that they understand, may take into account and facilitate
* School children and students can apply for an extension of examination time. Certificate is required.
